How do I book?
A.You can begin the booking process by completing the form on my contact page. I will send you a project proposal for the cost & estimated timeline.
Do I need to schedule anything?
A.Based on your project needs, I will be the one to schedule any photography & videography shoots. I may ask your help getting talent or people to fill in for the shoots for your project or business.
How do I pay?
A.You have the option to pay online through an invoice or with cash/check. There is a $100 non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. There is an online processing fee of 4% of the total amount due if deciding to pay online. The full amount is due no later than 30 days after the project is fulfilled.
When can I expect to receive materials for my project?
A.Every project is different. I will send you an estimated timeline in the proposal, which is based on the amount of time I think I will need for any designs or shoots.
How will I receive project materials?
A.If receiving photos, you will receive a link to a digital gallery through Pixieset. Here, you can download all the photos up until 30 days after the link is sent to your email. If receiving a film or video, I will send a digital link to view the video and a USB copy directly to you. All designs and branding materials will be sent in an email with all suspected formats needed, unless otherwise specified.
How do I download my photos?
A.There is a download button in the form of a downward arrow near the top of the digital gallery. I will also send video guides to your email that will show you how to download the photos onto a laptop or iPhone. If you need help, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Can I use my project materials commercially?
A.Depending on the proposal approval, you may use any materials for personal or commercial use including but not limited to social media, website, printed materials, & digital materials. I would love to see how you use everything, and you can tag me on instagram @casasola.media or Facebook @megancasasola to help others see my work too!
Will you be posting about the project?
A.Yes. I may post about the project on my business account on Instagram and Facebook, unless we discuss something otherwise. I will respect your privacy and wishes.
